Contest and voted for Vietnam Golden Enterprise Web Enterprise 2008 in collaboration with the Lao Dong Newspaper, Department of Electronic Commerce (E-commerce) and Information Technology (IT) – Ministry of Industry and Trade, Department of Information and Communications , Department of Industry and Trade, Ho Chi Minh City Young Entrepreneurs Association and Ho Chi Minh City Television organized, in order to discover and honor the best websites of Vietnamese businesses.
The competition and voting for Vietnam Golden Enterprise Web (2008) includes websites promoting businesses and organizing e-commerce transactions, contributing to the promotion of IT development, online exchange and trading; S2i Web Company of Canada with 8 years of experience in organizing the selection of excellent websites every year as an advisor.
Participants of the contest: Vietnamese enterprises have legal status, registered or licensed to set up ICP website; domestic and foreign readers send votes to the most favorite website.
Website selection criteria: Art: color scheme; block layout and visual effects; Attractive and expressive ideas. Technical: web structure, sitemap; programming technology and techniques; layout of links; search internal content in web; Compatibility with most browsers; access speed; security; Supporting features (for search engines with easy access, error handling, interactivity … other utilities).
Content: clarity; exactly; easy to understand; quality of in-depth information; the need for the user. Communication, promotion: refers to the presence of the website in terms of information about existing websites or the density and order of appearance of the page on information search facilities, including free and cost.
Time to organize the contest for businesses: Enterprises submit their documents to vote (from October 15 to November 30). Registration forms are posted on Nguoi Lao Dong electronic newspaper at www.nld.com.vn or webvangvn.nld.com.vn and sent to Lao Dong Newspaper, 127 Vo Van Tan, District 3 – Ho Chi Minh City. Consider round 1, choose 150 sites (from October 25 to December 5). Consider round 2, choose 100 sites (from 10-12 to 31-12). Consider round 3, select 30 typical websites (from January 5, 2009 to January 20, 2009). The selection of contest sites through the Jury Council and the Technical Committee consists of highly reputed experts in the field of e-commerce and IT.
