Project introduction

Metropolis Thao Dien apartment is invested by Thao Dien Investment Joint Stock Company (Thao Dien Investment) – a member of Kusto Group. The contractor of this project is Cotec Construction Joint Stock Company (CotecCons) – this is also an associate that Kusto Group has held a 24.7% stake since March 2012.
The total construction floor area of the Metropolis Thao Dien complex is approximately 600,000 m2, of which the 140,000 m2 shopping center will be the largest commercial center in Saigon to date, this commercial center will be due a well-known retail and development retailer. The apartment building component projects will supply about 1,250 luxury apartments to the market.
