MAIN FEATURE

The software system helps employees to easily carry out the work of processing people’s records according to the “one-door” procedure. At the same time, the system supports people to track the status of how their records are being processed and how.

The project consists of two web systems: a system for the Commission and a web site for people to access to register records and view the status of records.

Web site system for the Commission:

For applications received, processed directly:

  • Organization, citizens submit case files to the Office of the Provincial People’s Council (through the “One-stop-shop”).
  • One-stop-shop unit of People’s Council Office; The Provincial People’s Committee coordinates with the Office of the Office to receive the file, write a note to return the file.
  • The “One-Stop-Shop” Section returns dossiers to Departments, Boards, Branches, Localities or to organizations and individuals according to appointment tickets.

For online applications:

  • Organizations and citizens access to the website of the State Treasury Committee, then register their records online.
  • Office staff see profile information, if the information is valid, the staff announced the date of actual filing.
