Project introduction

The One Verandah project is located on 1.7 ha of land, with a total floor area of 110,000 m2. The whole project has a scale of 3 blocks of high-class apartment blocks combining trade and service with a height of 23 floors. Owning impressive design with more than 70% of the apartments have direct views of the Saigon River and the remaining 30% have a view of the city center, the project has won two awards “Architectural Design”.
