Project introduction

In 2006, VSIP marked another event in Vietnam and Singapore cooperation through the 10th anniversary of VSIP formation and development on September 26, 2006 with the presence of the Prime Ministers of the two countries at that time. Mr. Nguyễn Tấn Dũng and Mr. Lý Hiển Long. At this celebration, VSIP officially announced the project of VSIP II Industrial Park (345 ha, 15 km north of VSIP I) located in Binh Duong Industrial, Service and Urban Complex (4,196 ha). which is planning to build the center of Binh Duong New City.

In 2008, in order to meet the increasing land lease demands of investors; VSIP has expanded to expand VSIP II project by 1,700 ha, including 1,000 ha for developing Industrial Park and 700 ha for developing Urban and Service Area.

To date, VSIP II has completed infrastructure construction, filled about 99% of the industrial park area, attracted nearly 340 industrial projects, created jobs for about 60,000 employees with a total investment of about 5 billion. U.S. dollar.

VSIP II – Binh Duong also successfully developed Sun Casa urban area with 383 townhouses and commercial townhouses on a total area of ​​6ha.
