On December 14, 1919 at the National University of Ho Chi Minh City, Xelex participated in the seminar on “The role of the University in implementing the Resolution 52-NQ / TW on the Public Revolution. Fourth karma ”. Currently, the level of active participation in the Fourth Industrial Revolution of our country is low. Institutions and policies are still limited and inadequate. The structure and quality of human resources have not met the requirements. Science-technology and innovation are not really the driving force for socio-economic development; The newly created national innovation system has not yet been synchronized and effective.
Therefore, one of the important missions of higher education is to train and provide high quality human resources to meet the requirements of the labor market and to be able to actively adapt and participate in 4th industrial revolution (Industry 4.0). On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the requirements of human resources capacity in the context of Industrial Revolution 4.0 and the reality of human resource quality in Vietnam, the thesis proposed solutions for training university-level human resources. in the context of Industrial Revolution 4.0 at the National University of Ho Chi Minh City in three main areas:
1) Innovating content and training program
2) Promote the application of digital technology in teaching and learning
3) Enhance the connection and participation of businesses in the university training process
Speaking at the opening of the seminar, Assoc.Prof. Dr. Vu Hai Quan, Vice President of VNU-HCM, said that in order for Vietnam to achieve the goals set by Resolution 52, the core task of the universities is still training knowledge generation is capable of mastering and applying modern technology; raise awareness of universities about the urgent need to actively and effectively participate in Industry 4.0; promoting scientific research, technology transfer and innovation across all sectors and fields and promoting national digital transformation, with a focus on digital economy development and smart city construction , e-government, towards a truly transparent digital government.
Representatives of enterprises sharing the training of human resources in universities must aim to train some nuclei, retrain civil servants, apply 4.0 in education management and general training; job creation 4.0.
Mr. Tran Ba Duong, Chairman of the Board of Directors of THACO Group, said that the Government should have mechanisms and policies to promote business cooperation universities to research and apply innovation to basic technologies such as: automation. chemical and self-propelled robots, Internet of things, big data, artificial intelligence (AI), 3D printing technology, simulation.
The speakers also showed that: Facing with Industry 4.0, Vietnamese universities are under pressure. The schools lack capital, facilities, equipment; challenges of career orientation of digital technologies; challenges of training methods and training needs of many different subjects.
At the end of the seminar, Assoc.Prof. Dr. Vu Hai Quan assessed that in the context of Industry 4.0, in order to develop strongly and sustainably, a breakthrough in policies and mechanisms is needed. The university should have a standard core training platform, after which it can be designed to tailor the training to businesses that revolve around that core program.
Questions, donations, presentations of delegates sent to the seminar will be gathered, studied, and proposed to the ministries for overall review, content and program reform. education and training to develop human resources in accordance with Industry 4.0.
At the conference, General Director of Xelex and Worldsoft, Mr. Nguyen Ai Huu gave a presentation on how to actively contribute to bringing our country into the Fourth Industrial Revolution through gathering a group of young experts on electronics engineering, precision engineering, information technology … from abroad to Vietnam to research and design to produce tablets for Vietnam. Nguyen Ai Huu:
Ladies and gentlemen,
I warmly welcome and welcome the Science Conference “The Role of the University in Implementing Resolution No. 52-NQ / TW of September 27, 2019 of the Politburo of the Vietnam Communist Party on some guidelines and policies to actively participate in the fourth revolution “organized by the National University – Ho Chi Minh City today. This scientific conference is timely and timely!
The Resolution No. 52-NQ / TW of September 27, 2019 of the Politburo of the Communist Party of Vietnam pointed out that the fourth industrial revolution has been taking place all over the world, opening many opportunities. It also presents many challenges to each nation, organization and individual; has been increasingly and strongly affecting all areas of economic, social and national security life.
Ladies and gentlemen,
As we all know, today in countries especially in countries with advanced industries, Internet of Things (IoT), robotics, 5G networks, cloud computing, artificial intelligence , computing security, blockchain … are developing rapidly and have been applied by many countries to build e-government, digital government, smart city …
Ladies and gentlemen,
Resolution No. 52-NQ / TW of the Politburo of the Communist Party of Vietnam affirmed: the Fourth Industrial Revolution requires a renewal of thinking on economic management, social management, complete construction. Institutional improvement accordingly, an open, creative and pilot approach to new practical issues is needed, creating favorable conditions for innovation, avoiding all bladder manifestations, lack of self private, passive but not subjective in a hurry, only the will. At the same time, it affirms the vision and specific goals that our country can and needs to achieve from now to 2045.
Letter from you representative,
What should we do to successfully implement the Resolution No. 52-NQ / TW of the Vietnamese Politburo? There is so much to do! The overall work to be done and the way to organize the implementation is outlined comprehensively and fully in Part III and IV of Resolution No. 52-NQ / TW.
As an information technology enterprise specializing in information technology, which has devoted much effort and time to approach the development of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in the past years, we have understood and captured specific developments of the Fourth Industrial Revolution!
To take our country aboard the Fourth Industrial Revolution ship requires that we have people who are knowledgeable about the development of current science and technology to lead, and must have hi-tech scientific forces (both humans and machinery) to carry out.
Ladies and gentlemen,
From the above determination and awareness of the role and responsibility of our contribution to the cause of national construction and development; In order to actively contribute to bringing our country into the Fourth Industrial Revolution, we have focused on doing the following two major things recently:
- Gathering a group of young experts on electronic engineering, precision engineering, information technology … from abroad to Vietnam to research and design together to produce tablets for Vietnam. The tablet is a key end-to-end technical tool for connecting to the Internet of Things – IoT, connecting people with the organization in operating and coordinating all State activities. , social organizations, businesses and individuals. We have completely succeeded in designing and manufacturing two lines of Xelex 7 and Xelex 10 tablets in Ho Chi Minh City. By the end of the year 2019 we have completed the production of 500 Xelex 7 tablets and 200 Xelex 10 tablets at the Z755 factory in Ho Chi Minh City and are preparing for mass production with the number of Xelex 7 and Xelex 10 tablets has been sampled by the Ministry of Information and Communications of Vietnam for quality testing and has been assessed to meet international quality as the tablet products of Apple, Samsung, Asus … In addition, the Xelex 7 and Xelex 10 tablets are also received by the GSMA International Telecommunications Association after a comprehensive review and evaluation process has issued two exclusive certificates of TAC: 35964110 for computers. Xelex 7 and TAC tables: 35966410 for Xelex 10 tablets on July 20, 2019.
- At the same time as designing Vietnamese tablet production – for Vietnam, we also gathered a team of software engineers to promote the construction of software systems and services for Vietnamese people. Easy to use.
From absorbing Uncle Ho’s teachings:
“The farmers are rich, our country rich
Our agriculture is prosperous, our country is prosperous ”
We have focused on completing the construction of Agriculture Xelex software to serve the requirements of sustainable economic development of farmer households, farms and agricultural cooperatives.
We have also built management software systems in many fields and are researching & developing software for e-government and smart cities …
Ladies and gentlemen,
The initial achievements as mentioned above, obtained from a small pool of young Vietnamese intellectuals, have gathered me to believe that with a large staff of many highly qualified disciplines, professors, associate professors, doctors, masters, engineers, bachelor … of the National University of Ho Chi Minh City in particular and universities in general if they are seriously studied to master the whole thing. The content of Resolution No. 52-NQ / TW of the Politburo of the Communist Party of Vietnam and organized arousing a proactive movement to create and enthusiastically apply new scientific and technological achievements of the Industrial Revolution. For the fourth time, surely our country will rise to the height of the comprehensive development of economy, culture, society and national security and defense!
Ladies and gentlemen,
I have mentioned above tablets and those types of software that are the must-have technical tools for use during the Fourth Industrial Revolution; But more importantly, we must have knowledgeable and competent people to use these types of technical tools to both achieve the goal of improving labor productivity, improving service quality, and improving service quality. quality of products produced and achieving the best results in construction of socio-economic development and security and defense; at the same time capable of organizing management, ensuring security, safety, preventing and preventing the destruction of bad guys and hostile forces towards our country by taking advantage of various types of high technology science. To do that, I suggest that Ho Chi Minh City National University will soon compile a curriculum to introduce the basic contents of the 4th revolution, science and technology – information technology – transmission. information to train cadres at all levels of the public bureaucracy from high to middle and elementary to help them understand to lead and work. At the same time, we actively urgently organize the training of high-quality human resources on the use of information technology technical tools (know how to master tablets and software types) to work in His responsibilities are combined with all activities of the State, of social organizations of enterprises and people. We are ready to cooperate with HCMC National University on this.
Letter from you representative,
Recently, we received a Japanese corporation and they asked us to perform a training service contract to provide them with high-tech information technology human resources, each month requiring 200 people – a year. need 2400 people. They agreed to provide financial and technical equipment to do this, but we did not accept it because we thought this was a priority area for our needs. Recently, we have officially signed a cooperation agreement with the University of Information and Communications of the Ministry of Defense and Ho Chi Minh City National University of Science and Technology on joint training. High quality human resources on the use of information technology to provide for the needs of our country. We can fully cooperate with Ho Chi Minh City National University and other universities to do this.
Letter from you representative,
I think that: high-quality human resources (including leaders who know well about technology and high-quality technology technicians) and information technology equipment (tablets and devices) software) is an extremely important need to successfully implement Resolution No. 52-NQ / TW of the Politburo of the Communist Party of Vietnam in actively participating in the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
On February 1, 2019, the Vietnamese government issued Decree No. 13/2019 / ND-CP on science and technology enterprises. If this Decree is taken seriously, I believe that it will surely create favorable conditions for us to conduct innovative research and high-tech applications to bring our country. aboard the fourth Industrial Revolution ship.
Sincere thanks to Ho Chi Minh City National University for giving me the opportunity to speak in today’s Science Conference.
Sincerely thank
